The scooters have been loaded on to the truck!

Here’s just a quick update:
Scooters are ready to go!

The “crating” is done and the scooters are now on their way to Malaga with Scan Iberica.

Thanks to about 10cm of new fresh snow on the roads, the short 1 km ride from Joachim’s house down to our meeting point with Scan Iberica resulted in two small incidents. Adrien low-sided on a patch of ice after two meters of riding. Later on he rear-ended Joachim in a roundabout. Unfortunately, the Vespa’s don’t have snow tyres.

Lets hope there is no snow in the Atlas mountains… :)

More updates to come!

As one of five guys from Trøndelag that drove Bamako – Stjørdal last Summer, I wish you good luck. We drove on three Honda Africa Twin (1991, 1996, 1997 model) and two Honda TransAlp (1995 and 2007 model). Take care. Make a ” la fiche”. A form that tells your name, passport number, date of birth, profession, licenceplate number on bike etc. Very easy to just give the police at the many check points you will meet.
